Applications are invited for contracted facilitators to deliver the
Common Sense Parenting & Lifestyles Programme **Apply on the website**
years or 6 to teens Programme. This is delivered over 8 weeks, 2 hours
per week. A panel will be developed for future programmes.
The delivery of the Common Sense Parenting & Healthy Life styles
programme will be focused in particularly, in the Achill and Belmullet
areas.
The facilitation format will be blended, some workshops will be
delivered face to face and others, virtually.
POST SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidates?must?be educated?to degree level, preferably in the
areas of Social, Community, Family, Health, or related fields.
* Have a minimum of 3 years? experience working in community
development, family support or related fields.
* Have experience of supporting parents and delivering parenting
programmers in community settings or one to one capacity.
* Participates will be required to participate in an additional
5-day training in Parents Plus Healthy Families.
* Have experience of partnership / collaboration working & of
building relationships across a variety of organisations. Access to
transport is essential.
